Alliance Aluminum’s workmanship was excellent. They installed quality vinyl siding, aluminum fascia, soffit and eavestroughs at the house that have made a real difference. The house now has some curb appeal! All of my neighbours have been very complimentary of Alliance Aluminum’s work.

The building is on a downtown street where there is not much room between the houses. The access was difficult and the third level is very high. Execution of the job was tricky and there were many details to consider. Gabriel and his team were very attentive to detail and the final result was great!

I desperately needed a new roof because of our recent rainstorms. I got in touch with Gabe of Alliance along with two other roofing companies for comparison. Pablo came to see the roof, we talked about what was needed and I had a good feeling once he explained all that would be involved. Once I was satisfied I signed the agreement they called to let know when they could start. No long wait. Here on Tuesday and finished same day. Rodrigo was in charge, sheets down for debris and clean up. The crew was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

From initial estimate to finishing details the Alliance Exteriors crew was terrific to work with. My detached house is old, small, and it has not been easy over the years to get any siding company to commit to working on it. Alliance Exteriors approached the job with transparency and professionalism, dealt well with unexpected challenges (there are always surprises when you open up an old wall). The two-man crew who worked on the house were timely, diligent, and enormously patient with, shall we say, unpredictable neighbour situations. The end result is that the house looks great and has insulation for the first time in over a hundred years. Excellent communicators. Gabe and Jeff took the time to really understand what we wanted done and offered suggestions. They were the only ones willing to do some work in steel as well as aluminum. The installer took his time and that is reflected in the workmanship. Friendly, accommodating and price competitive. They came back promptly in the spring and fixed one of the leaf guards that had popped out during the winter. Highly recommended.

Contacted Alliance to have the front of my house refreshed with Hardie board and new aluminum fascia + soffits + eaves.

Hands-down this was one of the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with. Ever. I was coordinating getting my roof and windows also done at the same time and they provided a lot of guidance on the sequencing to ensure I had the nicest finished product.

Their attention to detail was outstanding; we did the hover renders that provided a visualization of the end look and they provided me with images/pictures of details that would set things apart. My initial requirement to them was — “I want it to look great” and they did not disappoint.

Further to this, I had an issue with my windows being late — rather than trying to do the siding/fascia work first and risk damaging it after the windows were installed, Alliance accommodated this change in schedule and worked around the delay.

They addressed some minor feedback very promptly (as in the same day) and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.

I would classify my job as relatively small — but at no point did I feel like I was treated any different than someone spending 10x as much on a job.

Our experience with the Alliance Exteriors team was positive, professional and completed in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the installation of Hardie Board, and the replacement of our eavestrough, suffit and fascia.

Alliance was very professional throughout the entire process. Planning, rendering and the contract were very detailed. Any small changes that were encountered were dealt with by a call from Gabe to make sure we were happy. The start and finish times were as anticipated despite the usual weather delays. We were impressed with the precision of the work considering the challenges in cutting Hardie board. They are very particular about electrical fixtures and outlets. The Aluminum work around the windows and openings was carefully done. This was a big project (entire house) and not cheap but the result is outstanding.

Very organized with estimates and payments. Installation was very detailed and finishings were very neatly done. They provided estimate based on drawings which ended up being quite accurate with no additional asks for materials – I am quite particular and would highly recommend.

Alliance did a great job. They were also highly organized and service oriented. They educated us on the value of using steel which is longer lasting then aluminum. It costs a little more but we can see the value! They also found a solution for our disorganized down spouts that wasnt efficiently moving the rain water away from our property. A premium company that does premium work. I thought it was expensive to pay $250 to get a quote, but these guys are worth it. Some of the most professional people that I’ve ever worked with. They are not cheap, but if you want quality work done to your forever home these guys are the real deal. Very clear communication, contract process, detailed estimates, and they provided renderings to help you decide colours. The job included adding rigid insulation to the exterior walls, new james hardie board sidings and new soffits, eavestroughs and facia. You won’t find a better company in the GTA. Made my house the best-looking house on the block. Dealing with my project manager Jeff was great and even the company owner Gabe is very hands-on and visited the site multiple times.
