Installed over a high-performance wall assembly incorporating Blueskin air/vapour barrier and Rockwool exterior insulation, the exterior balances modern simplicity with durability, proper ventilation, and long-term performance.

At the start of the project, the garden suite structure and exterior design intent were already defined. Our role was to carefully execute the specified materials and details — ensuring proper sequencing, flashing, and clearances to bring the design to life while meeting best-practice performance standards.

The finished exterior features clean transitions at the entry, precise ground-level detailing, and a crisp soffit-to-wall interface that maintains ventilation and drainage.
