This project delivered a contemporary custom home exterior using Agway HF steel wall panels, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels, Accoya wood siding, and integrated masonry elements, all finished with clean parapet capping. Executed in close coordination with the architect and builder, the exterior balances strong modern geometry with warmth, texture, and refined material transitions.

At the outset, the home’s architectural vision and material palette were defined, but we provided material selection guidance to strike a balance between design intent, cost, and functionality. Our role was to execute that vision with precision — coordinating multiple cladding systems, complex transitions, and custom detailing to meet the design intent and performance requirements.

The finished exterior features staggered steel panel layouts for depth and rhythm, bold ACM feature panels at key openings, and warm Accoya wood accents that soften the overall composition. The St. George Project
This project delivered a contemporary laneway suite exterior using Hardie Plank and Hardie Panel fiber cement cladding, NewTechWood castellated fluted WPC wall panels and shiplap soffits, and custom Agway-fabricated metal window shrouds, all installed over a Blueskin air/vapour barrier.
The Whittier Project
This project was a lakeside exterior renovation completed through a collaborative design process with the homeowners. Using Hardie Plank fiber cement siding at the ground level and Hardie board-and-batten cladding on upper façades and the garage, all installed over added polyisocyanurate exterior insulation, the home received a durable, energy-efficient exterior that enhances curb appeal while respecting its original character.
The Carlaw Project
This project delivered a contemporary modular exterior using Hardie fiber cement architectural panels, Agway NS-25 standing seam metal wall and roof panels, and thermally modified CFP White Ash wood accents.
